OUR ANTI-BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION POLICY
Premier Poultry Limited, as a Corporate organization, has zero tolerance for bribery and any form of corruption. Hence, it is committed to conducting business in an honest and ethical manner based on its values of integrity, transparency and accountability.
Premier Poultry Limited is therefore committed to implementing and enforcing effective and efficient systems through its Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, as well as its Whistleblowing Policy which applies to its directors, officers, employees, and other workers including consultants, contractors, trainees, seconded staff, homeworkers, casual workers, agency staff, volunteers, interns and agents, wherever they are located, and regardless of whether they are working part-time or full-time.
It abhors conducting business with service providers, agents or representatives that do not support its anti-bribery and corruption objectives. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment based on the relevant applicable laws in Ghana. Violation can also lead to civil and criminal penalties, including fines or imprisonment for the individuals involved based on Ghana’s applicable criminal and civil laws.

All stakeholders and shareholders acting on behalf of Premier Poultry Limited are encouraged to report concerns or evidence that corruption, fraud, bribery or any other form of misconduct may have occurred or is occurring relating to the organization in accordance with the procedures set out in its anti-bribery and corruption and whistleblowing policies. Investigations will be conducted and protections will be provided for the whistleblower.
